Thank to Fielder Marker for hosting.
There was a quorum

Ben E Keith will be holding a hot food Hot food competition it is an Acf regulated competition.
Election the Acf board members will be this year at the national convention.
Chef mark brown van for Chef of the year all came in second.
This year the national convention will be held in Orlando Florida at Disney World.

New Business


Chef Mark Brown and Bill put in your present at the national convention this year.
Certification will be held around April 29, 2017
Chef Don from Platt college and Sherrie from fiddler market talked about the importance of SAO and water job entitles.
Young Chef Will be holding a competition and one student will win a free local membership to the Acf it is open to any student under the age of 27.
Lisa talked about using your plate what are you making is it good for you she. Lisa also talked about holding a class at the next meeting at Platte college to talk about what to put on your plate a healthy choice.
